Scott Naples

Director of Brand and Business Development Scott Naples is passionate about working in the substance use disorder and mental health industry. He has a myriad of experience working in healthcare over the years, which lead him to his current position as Director of Business Development at Recovery Ways in Salt Lake City, UT. He is passionate about working with individuals and families to help them find appropriate treatment options to fit their needs.

Amanda Walburger

Director of Business Development Utah & Western States Having experienced addiction and mental health challenges personally and with loved ones, I know how beneficial Recovery Ways is to the clients we serve. I started with Recovery Ways in 2011 and immediately became passionate about serving this industry. Soon after starting to work in this field, I have been able to work with the surrounding hospitals to ensure our clients receive the highest care. I have enjoyed building relationships, not only with our clients, but with doctors and staff at hospitals we partner with. My background is in outreach and admissions and I have been certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Neuro-Linguistic Programming. I enjoy being a mother as well as a professional in the recovery community.

John Michael Harris

Admissions Coordinator John Harris was born and raised here in Salt Lake City. He has been with Recovery Ways for 8 years in several different capacities. He started at the Resident Coordinator position and eventually managed that team for some time before transitioning to Admissions. He has one daughter, whom he says is the most amazing person he has ever known. He attended college at the University of Utah where he received a bachelor’s degree in information systems. He is an avid skier; his home mountain is Snowbird. He enjoys heavy music and games of skill.
