Young adult residential treatment for substance abuse and mental health in Utah

We believe in a personalized approach to addiction recovery — one that incorporates your background and your experience with substance abuse or mental health concerns. Part of this is acknowledging that your age and your place in life makes a difference in the kind of treatment you need and the factors that your therapy will address. One of the ways we individualize our care is through providing age-specific residential programs for adults and young adults. Our young adult residential program, based out of our Copper Hills location, welcomes men and women ages 18 through 29 who are dealing with addiction and a co-occurring mental health disorder. We offer 30, 60 and 90-day programming that  can be arranged for customized timelines based on your needs.

Copper Hills is our space for young adults seeking recovery from substance abuse and mental health concerns.

Our Copper Hills location is designed specifically for our young adult residential program. We make it a safe and supportive environment for young men and women who are struggling to grow into adulthood while carrying the burden of substance abuse or a mental health disorder. When you choose our young adult recovery program at Copper Hills, you gain access to our fully licensed staff — many of whom have trained and specialized in young adult therapy — including psychiatrists, nurses, therapists, counselors, social workers and support staff. Our expert team provides our signature blend of evidence-based and experiential therapies, including:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
  • Dialectical Behavioral Therapy
  • Occupational Therapy
  • Biofeedback and Feedback-Based Therapy

  • Comprehensive Case Management

Our range of therapy options are intended to give our young adult clients the opportunity to explore the treatments that speak to them. We want you to discover that addiction treatment can be engaging and exciting — with our team to guide you, you’ll learn new things about yourself, build healthy skills and hobbies and find fulfilling ways to live your life without drugs or alcohol.
