Common questions
- What if my plan is not in-network? We check your out-of-network benefits and, where needed, request a single-case agreement. First, though, we check whether your plan uses a network we are in, such as MultiPlan, First Health, PNOA or First Choice Health Network.
- Which levels of care does my plan cover? Plans authorize each level separately. We confirm coverage level by level and handle prior authorization.
- What does treatment cost without insurance? Self-pay rates are available on request, and financing may be available.
