Recovery Ways treats adults with primary mental health conditions, substance use disorders and co-occurring concerns. A substance use disorder is not required for mental health treatment. Flexible Levels of Care for Your Needs

Recovery Ways offers medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization (PHP), intensive outpatient treatment (IOP), virtual IOP and alumni support as part of its overall continuum of care. These services belong to the Recovery Ways program across its two Murray campuses. Admissions confirms current campus assignments and the level of care that fits each person’s needs.

Residential Treatment

A structured, immersive environment at our drug and alcohol rehab center in Salt Lake City where clients can fully focus on their recovery with round-the-clock support from a dedicated team of professionals who specialize in inpatient care. We provide intensive therapeutic activities and a range of holistic offerings to address both substance use and any co-occurring mental health conditions.

Living on-site allows residents to build a strong sense of community and accountability. With comfortable accommodations, nutritious meals, and an inspiring atmosphere, our program is designed to nurture both the body and mind, making it a safe, welcoming place to embark on a journey of healing and transformation.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Recovery Ways offers intensive outpatient treatment with nine hours of programming per week. Virtual IOP includes evening sessions and depends on clinical eligibility and state availability. Medical Detox

Recovery Ways provides medical detox with 24-hour on-site nursing. The clinical team assesses withdrawal risks and individual needs when recommending care. Admissions confirms detox availability and campus arrangements; detox is part of the Recovery Ways program rather than a separate campus-specific service.

Post-Treatment Support

Finishing formal treatment at Brunswick Place is a major milestone, but we know that true recovery does not end the moment you leave our doors. Life after residential or outpatient care comes with new environments, routines, and pressures. Our dedicated Alumni Program and post-treatment support act as a bridge to lifelong recovery, ensuring you never have to navigate these new challenges alone.

We provide ongoing structure, accountability, and connection to help you apply your new coping skills to everyday life and prevent relapse. As a Recovery Ways alum, you will have continuous access to our community through individualized support, weekly virtual and in-person group meetings, and community activities. We strive to be your “home base” for recovery—a trusted circle of peers and professionals offering lifelong encouragement, education, and a reminder that lasting change is possible.

Primary Mental Health Residential Care

Recovery Ways provides primary mental health treatment for adults, including people who do not have a substance use disorder. Our clinical team assesses concerns such as depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma and bipolar disorder and recommends an individualized treatment plan and level of care.

Recovery Ways at Brunswick Place and Recovery Ways at Copper Hills operate as one program. Admissions can confirm which campus and treatment setting fit the recommended plan.
